Aston Villa captain, Jack Grealish has been charged with a fourth motoring offense this year after he allegedly drove carelessly to the club’s training ground last month.

Grealish300x164On the 18th of October, the England international midfielder, Jack Grealish is accused of driving without due care and attention on the M42, the A446 and on Bodymoor Health Road where Villa’s training complex is located.

This fourth charged was confirmed by West Midlands Police and came to light in court documents ahead of a hearing at Birmingham Magistrates Court this Tuesday in relation to three previous offences that occurred from March.

The 25-year-old was arrested and charged after crashing his £80,000 Range Rover following a 4am party during lockdown in March.

Grealish’s 4×4 was said to have reversed from a designated parking bay, across a road and into a parked silver Citroen van, leaving it with a dented bumper and smashed rear lights.

A £30,000 silver C-class Mercedes and a £20,000 blue Mercedes were also allegedly damaged in the crash.

Photographs emerged of Grealish standing next to his damaged vehicle wearing a hoodie, shorts, one black slipper, and a white slip-on sandal.

Grealish was charged with three offenses, including failing to stop at the scene of an accident at the scene in Dickens Heath, near Solihull.

He is due to appear in court charged with these offenses – and the one from last month – on Tuesday.

It was reported that Grealish had visited the flat of former Villa striker Ross McCormack, 33, despite having issued a message urging fans to stay at home as the Covid-19 pandemic worsened just hours earlier.

Following the March incident, Grealish issued a Twitter video message in which he said he was ‘deeply embarrassed’ for ‘stupidly agreeing’ to go to a friend’s house during the lockdown.

Less than 24 hours before the incident, Grealish had launched a video appeal for people to stay at home to protect the NHS and save lives.
