Barcelona and Atletico dropped two points yesterday at Nou Camp. None of the teams could make an impressive attacking option and lost important points.
All eyes on Real Madrid
Everyone is now focused on Real Madrid. Sevilla is a very tough opponent, especially under the coaching system of Julen Lopetegui. Keep in mind that Real Madrid is now sitting in the third position. Team has 3 points less than Atletico and 1 point less than Barcelona. If Real Madrid gets three points tonight, then the team will be the first team in La liga after the 35th round. Los Blancos has a serious problem in the defensive line. Zidane has not included Ramos or Mendy in the squad against Sevilla. Keep in mind that Sergio Ramos played well against Chelsea and now his injured leg is hurting. The same could be said about Ferland Mendy. French midfielder was not ready for the game but he still got a spot in the starting line-up. Kante played perfectly against Mendy and he was substituted in the second half due to injury. It seems that Ferland Mendy and Ramos will be a big issue for Zidane.
Options in the attacking line
All the players in the attacking line are ready. Vinicius Junior and Rodrygo are ready for the match and they can start. Isco and Asensio are fit for the match too. Keep in mind that Eden Hazard influenced Zidane’s decisions. Fans were not happy with Zidane’s decision to put Hazard in the starting line-up against Chelsea. Hazard has run the most KMs against Chelsea but was invisible for a whole game. He could not make a big impact on the match and that’s why Real Madrid’s attacking option was poor in London. The same could have happened in Madrid against Sevilla. Zidane said that there are only four finals left and team has to win all the games!
