From upcoming season onwards, the winner of Ranji Trophy will get 5 crore prize money, it was only 2 crore till now and this kind of initiative was much needed for the moment.
Not only winners but also runners up will have their pay structure elevated. Untill last season, the runner ups were paid only 1 crore as prize but now this amount has been increased to double and they will recieve 2 crore from the next season.
The Duleep Trophy pay structure has been changed too, now the winners will get 1 crore while runners up will receive 50 lakhs cash in prize. Same pattern will go for Vijay Hazare Trophy where the champions will get 1 crore while runner ups will get 50 lakhs.
Also, there is a good news for teams who compete in Irani Cup, the winner will get 50 lakhs winning prize while the runner, who previously didn’t receive any reward, will now get 25 lakhs.

The Deodhar Trophy winners will get a cash prize of INR 40 lakh, while the second best team will receive INR 20 lakh. The runner ups team will get INR 40 lak in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy victors will receive INR 80 lakh.
The Senior Women’s One Day trophy winners will earn INR 50 lakh, while the runners-up will receive INR 25 lakh, giving a significant boost to women’s cricket in the nation.
The senior women’s T20 trophy’s prize money has been risen, with the champions receiving INR 40 lakh, an eightfold increase over what they now get. The losing group will receive 20 lakh rupees.
The domestic season will start with Duleep Trophy which will take place after conclusion of IPL, from June 28. This trophy will consist of 6 zonal teams and after that, we will see domestic team taking part in List A Deodhar Trophy, Irani Cup, Syed Mustaq Ali Trophy which is a T20 tournament then the white ball cricket will be concluded with Vijay Hazare Trophy which will end in December.
