According to the latest news, Juventus and Manchester City are going to exchange players.

Calcio Mercato reports that Turin’s Juventus are going to buy Manchester City’s Gabriel Jesus. The Italians also wanted to add a player during the winter transfer window.

In January, Juve offered Manchester City 59 million in exchange for the player, but the Brazilian did not leave England. The 23-year-old’s agent has said he will leave City for Jesus if Pep Guardiola no longer needs the player.

The attacker seldom finds himself in the main squad of the City. Guardiola’s main forward is Sergio Aguero. Consequently, the Spanish specialist rarely lets Jesus play.

The player himself is unhappy with the situation and may leave England in the summer of 2020. Juventus head coach Maurizio Sarri believes that he will create a very strong and dangerous attacking duet together with Cristiano Ronaldo.

The leadership of the “Old Lady” does not like the fact that Juve’s affairs have been complicated in Serie A. They are ready to let go of the team’s Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain and bring Jesus instead of him.

Juve will use Douglas Costa for the exchange

This time the Turin team is ready to include Douglas Costa in the transfer. Costa has experience of working with Guardiola. They were together in Bayern, Munich. The 29-year-old Brazilian will not be able to be Juve in the main squad often and may seriously consider replacing the club.

Douglas has been defending the dignity of “Juve” since 2018, and his transfer value is 36 million euros. On the other hand, 23-year-old Gabriel is valued at 73 million and has a contract with the current club until 2023.
