According to reports, undesired Chelsea players have not received a single bid as they  have £180 million in unwanted talent draining £700,000 each week from Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea are not the only club struggling to shed ‘deadwood’ this summer, but Thomas Tuchel will see that his team cannot afford such a problem just now.

The German is failing to disguise his displeasure with the Blues’ pre-season training in the United States, with the latest setback being a 4-0 thrashing at the hands of Arsenal in Orlando.

Despite the arrivals of Raheem Sterling and Kalidou Koulibaly, the 48-year-old has chastised his squad for a ‘lack of dedication,’ even from those he does have in his plans for the season.

According to sources, the German manager may be stuck with undesired players for the upcoming season since top-flight clubs are hesitant to negotiate a deal with Premier League heavyweights for their out-of-form stars.

Tuchel will be aware of the impact of having disillusioned players around the group during the season, as well as the unpleasant mood it can produce.

It’s also a troubling proposition if Chelsea wants to bring in more players beyond Sterling and Koulibaly, with Todd Boehly probably more concerned with balancing the budget than his predecessor.

According to sources, six players whose time at the Bridge is coming to an end are Michy Batshuayi, Ross Barkley, Kenedy, Timo Werner, Malang Sarr, and Kepa Arrizabalaga.

So, do any of them have a future in west London? What are Tuchel’s chances of getting rid of them to make room for new signings?

Some of these undesired talents include Michy Batshuayi – £69,000 per week, Kenedy – £25,000 per week, Malang Sarr – £120,000 per week, Ross Barkley – £96,000 per week, Timo Werner – £272,000 per week and Kepa Arrizabalaga – £155,000 per week,
