DC vs SRH Highlights Match 50: Delhi Cruises To Victory Despite Pooran’s Heroic Effort

Indian Premier League: Delhi Capitals vs Sunrisers Hyderabad (DC vs SRH Highlights)

Thursday, May 05, 2022

David Warner and Romvan Powell proved to be distressing duo for Sunrisers Hyderabad. After losing to CSK, they thought of a comeback but Delhi Capitals deftly took the match away when SRH needed it most.

Delhi beat Hyderabad by 21 runs to register fifth win in IPL 2022. At the same time, this is Hyderabad’s third consecutive defeat. With this, Delhi’s team has reached the fifth place in the points table, while Hyderabad has slipped to the sixth place.

Chasing a huge target of 208 runs, Delhi had a poor start, but Aiden Markram and Nicholas Pooran batted well to get their team back into the match. Pooran remained on crease and kept the match alive even after Markram was dismissed. However, he too could not make his team win. Delhi Capitals finally won the match by 21 runs.
