According to Dean Smith, he has been working in football since the age of 16. Dean Smith thinks he had four months in that time and didn’t like it. It’s great to be back in a club that is determined to be progressive. He was really impressed with the idea, structure and vision that the club already has.

Dean put a pen to paper on the two- and one-and-a-half-year Canaries deal, and supporters will hope his experience in the Premier League can help the team get on the road to safety after a disastrous start to the season. Dean Smith ran Brentford and Walsall before taking first place at Aston Villa in 2018, and he led the promotion from the Championship in his first year at the helm.
The Villans virtually escaped a top flight in 2019-20 before reaching an 11th finish last finish, and Dean has invested heavily in new signatures over the summer with the aim of launching a European qualifying application. Unfortunately, Willa slipped to 16th place in the current campaign, and Dean paid the maximum price for their regression, and keeping Norwich will be even more difficult for the Englishman.
