A little about Erling Haaland

Former Man City and Real Madrid player McManaman believes that the Spanish giants can knock out the wealth of the Premier League champions in the race for Norwegian footballer Erling Haaland’s Borussia Dortmund. The Norwegian striker is believed to have a release clause in his contract and is open for offers in the summer 2022 market. Considered perhaps the best young striker in the world, Erling is expected to be his choice of Bayern Munich, Man Utd, Manchester City, Madrid and more of Europe’s most powerful clubs.

Steve McManaman said Real Madrid could absolutely win the race – it’s not just about the money. Erling is already being paid a lot and will earn a lot over the course of his career. According to Steve McManaman it’s not just the money, it’s the whole package, it’s how they want to live, how glamorous the club is. Real Madrid will be a brilliant package with a new stadium and they are a famous club with a well known history.

McManaman doesn’t think it’s all about the money for certain players, although that’s important. Guardiola will play his part and is an incredible manager, but they have to ask how long he will stay at Man City. they have to ask a lot of different questions as a player.
