Sadio Mane will see the summer transfer window in Liverpool’s books, Jason McAteer claims, with the former Reds midfielder expecting the Senegalese forward to stay put despite away talk floating around Anfield.

What will happen to Sadio Mane?

Changes climbed in the final third at Merseyside, with the general consensus that Jurgen Klopp should refresh its ranks after a period of significant success for the sedentary line-up. Injuries let down some of those jobs in 2020-21, with Sadio Mane, who occasionally trimmed a disappointed figure among those who saw individual standards slip, but ended the season with a tie against Crystal Palace, which secured a Champions League qualification and now can get a well earned vacation.

What did McAteer say about Mane?

Jason McAteer, speaking to the association, said on transfer gossip Sadio Mane that he cannot see Mane leave, it was a difficult time for him and he will be the first to admit that he is struggling to find form. When you look at the last five seasons for Senegal and Liverpool, Mane has played ridiculous football. Sadio hates leaving, he wants to play every game and he travels the world playing for his national side. It will take its toll, with Liverpool most of the weekend you can pick their strongest team and Mane will always be there.

Liverpool did not have the luxury of being able to properly rest and it was very difficult for him. Jason thinks they just saw Sadio tired, physically and mentally, so they don’t get the performances they expect from him or he expects from himself. According to Jason McAteer sees that Mane is part of the next season, there was no rest for him, Mane went from winning the title right into the new season. Leto will help him, so the time to recharge the batteries will make him and the rest of the squad a world of kindness.
