The fourth match of IPL 2022 is to be played today between two new franchises. These are Gujarat Titans and Lucknow Super Giants.
Both the teams will make their IPL debut through this match. Thus, they would like to take the field with their strongest playing 11. While Gujarat Titans has appointed Hardik Pandya as their captain, Lucknow Super Giants has handed over the leadership of the team to KL Rahul.
KL Rahul surely has experience of captaincy as he has previously led Punjab Kings. On the other hand, Hardik Pandya will lead a team for the first time in the T20s. He is a sensational hitter but has been out of the bowling department for some time now.
