Sunrisers Hyderabad and Gujarat Titans will lock their horns against each other today at 7:30 P.M. The match will be played at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Fast bowlers have played a vital role in the success of both the teams. Gujarat has Lockie Ferguson, while Hyderabad has Umran Malik. Both of them have the ability to clock the ball at a constant speed of 150 km per hour. Therefore, it will be an interesting game between both two with pace on stake.

Hyderabad have won all five of their previous matches, beating Royal Challengers Bangalore by nine wickets and 72 balls in the last match. In this match, Bangalore’s innings was bundled out to 68 runs due to the penetrating bowling by the bowlers of Hyderabad. The Hyderabad bowlers have done well this year and the fast bowler Malik has taken 10 wickets in seven matches so far. The trio of Natarajan (fifteen wickets), Bhuvneshwar Kumar (nine wickets) and Marco Yansen (six wickets) have been consistent performers for the team.

Gujarat’s fast bowlers also have been a troubling cause for the batsmen. The new addition to them, Alzarri Joseph, has been successful in taking wickets as well economical. In the previous match, he picked the crucial wicket of Andre Russell in last over to conclude the match in Gujarat’s favour.

Except this young talent, Gujarat Titans has proper experienced fast bowling unit handled by the duo Mohammad Shami and Locki Ferguson. Because of them, every top order that faces GT attack loses 2-3 wickets in the powerplay.

Lockie Ferguson has bagged nine wickets while Mohammad Shami has 10 wickets so far in this season. Also, leg-spinner Rashid Khan (eight wickets) has been doing his job perfectly as he always does.

Hardik Pandya has scored 295 runs at an average of 73.75 in six matches this year. However, Gujarat needs to fix the batting order. After having two wonderful matches, Subhuman Gill hasn’t been the opener Gujarat expected him to be. David Miller and Shubhaman Gill also need to contribute consistently. Vijayshankar has been constantly given chances but he has nothing less than a disappointment for the team.
