IND vs SL T20I series: Ravindra Jadeja set to make his comeback after 2 months in International cricket

IND vs SL: All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who is returning to the Indian team after two months after recovering from injury, said after a practice session before the first T20 International against Sri Lanka that it was a great feeling to play for the country again.

Jadeja missed the last two series against South Africa and West Indies due to a knee injury. He was injured during the home series against New Zealand in November.

Ravindra Jadeja Comeback in Cricket

Jadeja said in a video posted by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), “It feels good to be back in the Indian team. Looking forward to playing in T20 and Test series.”

He said he feels very good that I am finally going to play for India after two months. The 33-year-old all-rounder said that he worked hard on his fitness at the National Cricket Academy (NCA). Jadeja said, “I was working hard on my fitness at NCA. He said he is also very excited about this series.

Jadeja also added that playing after more than two months. I practised bowling and batting in Bengaluru, so I am ready. Today I am feeling very good after my first practice session.” India will play a two-match Test series against Sri Lanka after the T20 series starting on Thursday.
