According to Italian media, Inter Milan have agreed on the details of the personal contract of Sandro Tonali with the young midfielder.
In case Nerazzurri reaches an agreement with Brescia regarding the transfer of Tonali, the 20-year-old player will sign a 5-year contract with Inter. According to the agreement, Tonali will receive 3.5 million euros per year in salary.
According to earlier reports, Brescia is asking for around 60 million euros in exchange for the “new Pirlo,” while the Milanese are ready to pay 40 million.
Also noteworthy that the new head coach of Turin Juventus, Andrea Pirlo, is also interested in recruiting Sandro Tonali. Pirlo is very fascinated by the young player’s game and in one of the interviews he also mentioned that Sandro is much better player than him.
“Sandro? We often compare each other. We really have a lot in common. Hairstyle, nationality, playing position, etc. People often say he is my successor, but I would not say so. He is not like me, Sandro is much stronger.
I see in him a mix of both myself and other players. He is more perfect, both in defense and in other aspects. Of course, Sandro Tonali is the most promising midfielder in Italy. That’s a fact and I’m sure he will become a great player.
The 20-year-old midfielder played in 35 games for Serie A last season and has shown himself with one goal and seven assists. On the other hand, the “Swallows” took the 19th place in the tournament table and were relegated to Serie B.
