The tournament started with 25 percent spectator capacity. Now, 50% of total stadium capacity will be enthralled to watch IPL matches.
For the remaining matches of IPL 2022, now the number of spectators is going to increase in the stadium. The basis will be stadium’s capacity and spectators will be asked to follow nominal rules. Book My Show, the official IPL partner for ticket sales for the tournament, has informed that now 50 percent of the tickets for the match have been allowed to be sold. While sharing this information on Friday, it was said that the capacity of the spectators coming to watch the match in the stadium has been increased.

As the ticketing partner has informed, the tickets for the next set of matches have already started to sell. Now as the BCCI has announced to increase the audience capacity from 25 to 50 percent, then we are also increasing the number of ticket sales. With this, now more and more spectators will be able to enjoy the thrill of IPL 2022 by going to the stadium.
Unfortunately, due to Corona, only Mumbai and Pune stadiums will host IPL matches. Apart from Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune, these matches are being held at DY Patil Stadium Navi Mumbai, Brabourne and Wankhede.
