Jurgen Klopp praised Takumi Minamino for his FA Cup performance against Norwich City on Wednesday night.
Minamino scored a brace to help Liverpool win 2-1 at home and advance to the competition’s quarter-finals. Klopp believes Minamino’s performance against Norwich on Wednesday night was his ‘best game’ at the club, labelling him as a ‘continuous menace’ to the Canaries.
Minamino, who was an unused replacement at Wembley, scored the game’s first goal from close range in the first half. Just before the half-hour mark, the Japan international added to his tally, shooting the ball into the roof of the net after being left unattended during a Liverpool corner.
Klopp stated after the game about the goal scorer’s performance: ‘His impression was apparent with two goals and not only that – he had a lot more top, top football moments.’
