Tammy Abraham has shown interest in returning to the Premier League, but Manchester United and Arsenal may find it difficult to convince him as well as his agency.

The 24-year-old striker has so far thrived in the Italian city while playing for Jose Mourinho, scoring 27 goals in 53 appearances to help Roma win the inaugural Europa Conference League last season.

He had a bright start to his English career before departing Chelsea for a lack of playing time, leaving with 90 goals for English football.

Abraham joined the England squad in 2019 and has 11 caps to his name, scoring three goals, all of which came in resounding victories for the Three Lions.

Abraham is content at Roma and does not intend to leave anytime soon, according to sources in Corriere Dello Sport.

Additionally, they claimed that for each transfer window he remains at the club, his agent Neil Fewings earns £345,000.

With Edinson Cavani expected to go and concerns about Cristiano Ronaldo’s long-term future, Abraham would be a useful addition for United.

Gabriel Jesus has been strongly connected with Arsenal, but if that should fall through, the Gunners will also need a new striker as they search for a focal point in front of their dynamic midfield.

Although Chelsea has not yet indicated an interest in re-signing Abraham, they will be able to do so in 2023 by triggering a repurchase provision in his contract, which will cost them £69 million.

The center-forward, a graduate of Chelsea’s youth, made his senior team debut in 2019 under Frank Lampard, scoring 18 goals in his first season.

Abraham scored another 12 goals the next year, but Blues manager Thomas Tuchel thought him surplus to requirements and let him join Roma, where he earned £97.5 million. Lukaku Romelu

It is uncertain if Tuchel and Chelsea would opt to pursue their former star if United or Arsenal make a move for him this summer.
