Manchester City has registered an interest in Harry Kane for the January transfer window after falling short in the summer.
Harry Kane has long been linked with a move away from Tottenham. And, possibly, the striker could be set to leave the club this winter.
However, with the arrival of Antonio Conte, the coach is said to be keen to keep his star forward for the coming season. According to reports, Conte was given assurance he could expect to include the England captain in his Spurs plans moving forward. Regardless, Manchester City are planning to rekindle their interest for the Spurs star.
During the summer transfer window, City were desperate to land Kane. The striker was to fill the void that had been left by Sergio Aguero at the end of last season. However, despite City’s best efforts, they could not match Spur’s hefty demands.
Meanwhile, Pep Guardiola confirmed City’s interest during this summer. This means it would be no surprise to see the club make a fresh approach for his services during January transfer market.
