The abundance of specialty equipment has left Mohammed Salah’s house reminiscent of an infirmary as the player strives to stay in top form.
What did Mohamed Salah say?
The Egyptian footballer has joked that his house is like a hospital with all the recovery equipment the player keeps – much to the chagrin of his wife. Liverpool star Mohamed Salah enjoyed another superb season on Merseyside even as Klopp’s men were far from the foursome with a slew of individual honors and another PL Golden Boot. That success has partly come from a rigorously disciplined routine dedicated to ensuring he continues to operate at maximum capacity – even if it has left his homely hospital resemblance.
The player of the reds showed to the Football of France on his routine that he eats to meditate every day, ten or twenty minutes, at home, alone. According to Mohamed Salah, two rooms in their house are devoted to various machines while doing bodybuilding. At home, Salah can also do cryotherapy, there is a hyperbaric chamber. Mohamed is constantly looking to improve his physical condition.
Not everyone is a fan however with Mohamed showing; Mo Salah says it’s true that he likes to say that his house is like a hospital, but his wife doesn’t like it! She says Mohamed spends more time with his cars than with her!
Mohamed Salah talks about diet
It’s not just the body, and mind that the attacker is holding on top, but his stomach too, with Mohamed showing he has preferences to help him stay at the top of his game. The Egyptian player added that he prefers broccoli, sweet potatoes, fish, chicken and always salad. When Salah indulges in a big restaurant in London, he prefers sushi. The player does allow a bit of fast food in his diet however, adding that he eats pizza once a month at the most. Mo Salah loves hamburgers, but he almost never eats them because he feels heavy afterwards!
