Jos Buttler, England’s limited overs captain and the leading run-scorer in the previous season, will be returning for a second campaign with the Paarl Royals. This team shares the same owners as his Indian Premier League franchise, the Rajasthan Royals.
Sam Curran, Liam Livingston, and Tom Banton have all signed with the Mumbai Indians Cape Town. However, Jofra Archer, who is currently battling with an injury, will not be returning to the team for a second season.
The Mumbai Indians Cape Town, led once again by Afghanistan leg-spinner Rashid Khan, have also retained fast bowler Kagiso Rabada.
