Born on 18 December 1986 in Islamabad, Pakistan, Usman Khawaja is an Australian batsman. Khawaja is the first Muslim and the first Pakistan-born cricketer to play for Australia.
Khawaja made his first-class debut for New South Welsh in 2008 after participating in the 2006 Under-19 World Cup.
He made his Test debut for Australia in the 2011 Ashes and then made his ODI debut in 2013.
