The Red Devils legend hopes to see Ole Gunnar reinforce the backline and machine rooms during the summer transfer window.

What is expected?

Man Utd legend Paul Scholes believes Jadon Sancho, Marquinhos and Jack Grealish, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer players should be aiming for the summer transfer window. The Red Devils are expected to be busy as yet another recruiting market opens up for business, and the giants of the Premier League will seek to force their paths to compete for the biggest prizes. This will have to invest a lot of money, while Paul Scholes believes that raids should start on the likes of Dortmund’s Borussia Dortmund, Aston Villa and PSG for proven performers in the back and in the middle of the park. Legend United has talked about the Red Devils to be looking for in the coming months and thinks they need someone who is a creative midfield player. Jack Grealish or Jadon Sancho, one would be perfect. It would be great to have a left-footed center-back, but don’t think they need him or think they desperately want to.

A little detail about the topic

United have been affiliated with all of the Pauls mentioned, but it remains to be seen if the estimated interest will translate into official filings. Dortmund winger Jadon has been a long-term target, spending most of the summer in 2020 trying to lure England’s International back home. There was also a lot of talk in this window about the move for playmaker Jack Grealish’s villa, but he ended up signing a new deal in the West Midlands as United found inspiration in the form of Bruno Fernandes. Marquinhos is another who has seen the Premier League change over time, but he is the club captain at Paris Saint-Germain and is working on a contract in France until 2024, which means a versatile Brazilian international won’t come cheap.
