Pioli reveals his coaching experience and the journey as a head coach. He claims respect comes above all along with elegance in his style.

“At the beginning, I always tried to grow, study, and learn. Milan style is elegance, respect for the rules and for others,” Piolo revealed.

“Inside this is your personality and your way of doing and being. Football is constantly evolving, you live in a different way than in the past,” he said.
