The Italian claims he wants to ‘play with great intensity as football constantly evolves. Pioli, who has been praised highly for transforming AC Milan to a competitive side, sets a young team. Rossoneri seems to be heading in the right direction with Champions League football almost certain.
Pioli reveals his coaching experience and the journey as a head coach. He claims respect comes above all along with elegance in his style.
“At the beginning, I always tried to grow, study, and learn. Milan style is elegance, respect for the rules and for others,” Piolo revealed.
“Inside this is your personality and your way of doing and being. Football is constantly evolving, you live in a different way than in the past,” he said.
Also, Pioli says that coaches always want to anticipate and implement new ideas.
“It is difficult to say what will happen in the future, we coaches always want to propose something new. Those who anticipate the times arrive first at success,” the AC Milan tactician said.
“Everyone tries to find something to surprise their opponents. Now we play with great intensity and the player has to think faster and faster. We must try to train more and more players in this respect,” Pioli concluded.
