Pochettino admits that Mbappe is ‘fundamental’ to the club’s ambitious project and therefore it will be important to keep him.

“I’ve got a bad back now and I’ve needed treatment from the physio! It’s true. PSG have an ambitious project and keeping Kylian is fundamental to everyone’s future,” Pochettino admitted.

The former Premier League tactician added he is determined to push the title race to the last round of Ligue 1 matches. Despite falling behind Lille, Pochettino claims they want to do their part by winning the remaining matches.

Pochettino said, “Even if you might say that all matches are the same, at the end of the season you can win or lose a trophy in a single match. The situation is different and the players feel that.”

“We mustn’t repeat the errors we made against Rennes and we must keep control of the match,” he added.

On of the last remaining game, the former Tottenham Hotspurs man reveals his squad is intact, feeling great and ready to go.

“Everyone’s feeling good and ready for the end of the season,” Pochettino revealed.

He added “Letellier, Bernat, Kurzawa, and Verratti are still injured.”

Pochettino acknowledges the importance every single game as to whether the league is gone or still in their hands. He insists that it is in the last moment where the title is won or lost.

“Every game is important and the final few decide whether we win a title or not. The way we approach these games is a bit different but the players know that they are special and decide the season’s outcome. Titles are won and lost in these moments,” Pochettino insisted.
