Pogba has welcomed Ronaldo’s return to Man Utd, with the French midfielder looking forward to working with the best.

What did Pogba say about Cristiano Ronaldo?

The Red Devils thwarted a stunning coup in the last days of the summer transfer window, with a competitor fighting off interest from the neighbors of Man City. Cristiano Ronaldo, now 36, is in line for a second Utd debut at home in Newcastle on Saturday, and Paul Pogba expects the 36-year-old’s presence to raise the collective standards at Old Trafford.

Paul, who has been holding out with the Red Devils since entering the final year of his contract, said it’s always nice to play with the best, it’s a plus for players to be able to train with a great player. He’s going to raise the level of the team. Previously, Cristiano spent six years with the Utd between 2003 and 2009, scoring 118 goals in 292 matches, winning three Premier League titles, a Champions League crown and the first of his Ballons d’Or.

There are others

Solskjaer enjoyed a scoring window in Manchester, with Cristiano Ronaldo on the backside of notable deals for Varane and Sancho. Paul knows all about the qualities that the latter will offer when he won the 2018 World Cup with him, and believes that his French counterpart will star in English football.

Paul Pogba added on the center – highlighted away from Real Madrid that Raph’s arrival is a positive for the club, they have a great relationship, they have known each other for a while. Paul Pogba is happy to be with them in Manchester to bring his experience and quality to the table. Raphael Varanef made his United 1-0 win over the Wolves before the international break, with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on seven points from their opening three games in 2021-22.
