A little about Paul Pogba

The French player continues to finish his contract with the Red Devils and, before hitting free agency, may have played his last game for Man Utd after picking up an untimely injury. Paul Pogba returned to Old Trafford for a second spell in a record £89m transfer package in 2016 and was in contention for Community Shield, League Cup and Europa League medals in his debut campaign. However, things didn’t play out as planned for the mystery player, and Pogba was able to walk away without assuming a different look.

What did Rangnick say about Pogba?

The France international raised an embarrassing calf complaint during the PL’s clash with Liverpool on 19 April. He lasted less than 10 minutes of this contest before being forced off the field, with the Red Devils’ interim manager speaking of the player’s problem amid a 4-0 defeat at Anfield that Paul Pogba had pulled his calf muscle and it now appears that this is not will be an injury, like that Fred who will be gone in a week.

Further Ralf Rangnick went on the addition at a press conference looking ahead to a trip to Arsenal to request a further update that Pogba came out, it seems after scanning it is very unlikely that he will play until the end of the season.  According to Rangnick, the doctor told him it would take at least four weeks and the last game is the end of May, so he doesn’t think it will be very likely. At that stage, it looked like Paul’s second meeting with Man Utd was over, but he suggested on social media that a return to fitness could be done before the 2021-22 campaign came to a close.

Paul Pogba said he will work even harder to come back stronger and hopefully by the end of the season. According to Pogba, this is not the end. “Thank you all for your support, united, we would stand!”, – said the Frenchman. The Red Devils, who should miss out on four top finishes and Champions League qualification, still have Brentford, Brighton and Crystal Palace to face but could end up putting up their worst PL finish of the current campaign.
