Devon Conway once again showed his superb form by scoring 83 off 45 balls. He scored runs against all the bowlers and gave Chennai Super Kings a very good high-scoring run-scoring start. His explosive innings included 6 sixes and 6 fours and he was supported by Ajinkya Rahane who scored 37 runs in 20 balls.
Shivam Dube scored his half-century in 25 balls and after his dismissal, Ambati Rayudu and Moeen Ali played at a fast pace in the same manner as soon as they arrived.
Mohammed Siraj once again looked different bowlers through his bowling. On the pitch on which all the other bowlers were spending 10 overs per over, they took one wicket for 30 runs in 4 overs. Vijay Kumar Vyashak, who bowled well in the last match, spent 62 runs in four overs.

Chasing 227 runs, Bengaluru lost Virat Kohli in the first over and Mahipal Lomror was dismissed for zero in the second over.
Faf Du Plessis and Glenn Maxwell together added 126 runs in the next 61 balls and RCB completely returned to the game, it seemed that they would finish the match 2 overs earlier.
Maxwell scored 76 off 36 balls and hit Mahesh Theekshana with a straight ball, which was caught by Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Du Plessis scored 62 off 33 balls and in the next over he was dismissed by Moeen Ali.
Only 44 runs were needed from the last 4 overs and Dinesh Karthik was batting, it seemed that RCB would win but Karthik was out for 28 off 14 balls and after that Chennai made a great comeback.
This match was absolutely fantastic. In the last over, 19 runs were needed to win and in front of young Sri Lankan bowler Matheesha Pathirana, who easily defended these runs and gave Chennai Super Kings a much-needed victory.
