Real Madrid may pay the highest-ever signing-on fee on Mbappe
Things are in progress behind the scenes at Real Madrid to try to make sure that Kylian Mbappe’s signing will be completed ahead of next summer, having failed to snatch the Frenchman away from Paris Saint-Germain this summer and it’s no secret why they are trying to get this job done already, the thing with this is that PSG was and is actively tries to make Mbappe sign renewal contract, and all because of this Real are intensively trying to get this job done.
Kylian Mbappe’s situation
The goal is now to close his arrival as soon as 2021 has ended and the player is available to discuss terms ahead of making a move as a free agent on July 1, 2022. The ball is now in Mbappe’s court, and he’ll have to resist pressure from PSG for four months now and not renew. He has already rejected six offers of a proposal, and he seems to know where he wants to play in 2022/23. Real Madrid put an offer of 200 million euros on the table on deadline day, but PSG turned it down despite the player being in the last year of his contract, and somebody like Kylian Mbappe is indeed needed in Real to make offensive side of things more powerful and successful, Kylian Mbappe will be a free agent in summer of 2022, if he doesn’t sign any renewal contracts and at that point nobody can stop him from moving to Real Madrid, Kylian Mbappe doesn’t really care about money so he will move to Real for any kind of salary with no problems, the main task of Kylian Mbappe, is one simple, but somewhat truly hard thing to do, it’s to not to sign any renewal contract from PSG
How much will the signing cost?
It’s hard to put a figure on it, but it appears as though bonuses, commissions and the rest will take the fee to around 80 million euros, which is considerably lower than the 200m euros offered this summer, but really far from a free signing.
