Torino contacted Reinier Jesus’ agent about a summer move.
Contract Details
The Brazilian footballer is one of many Real Madrid players looking to offload this summer and the player’s next destination could be Italian club Torino. Torino has already contacted Reinier’s agent and negotiations have begun for a possible loan. Reinier Jesus returned to his parent club in the summer after completing a two-year loan with Borussia Dortmund, but is once again looking for greener pastures as his services are not required in Madrid.
The Italian side is interested in signing the Brazilian deal on a one-year loan for the 2022-23 campaign. The Serie A club lost ace striker Belotti after his contract expired on June 30 and are looking for quality reinforcements in the attacking department. The Brazilian attacking midfielder loves to play as a No. 10 and can even be deployed in wide courts. The twenty-year period was considered one of Brazil’s future prospects, but fell short of expectations.

Closer to home, Real Valladolid are also keen to bring the Brazilian on loan. They co-own Brazilian superstar Cristiano and the fact that the player will be able to continue in La Liga could push Los Blancos in favor of Valladolid instead of Torino. Reinier Jesus spent his pre-season at Real Madrid in Valdebebas, but did not travel to the US with the rest of the squad.
Jesus was also strongly associated with Benfica, but the move fell through as Madrid failed to reach an agreement with the Eagles. The Portuguese side wanted to sign Jesus on a permanent transfer, while Madrid are only looking for a loan deal. A return to Borussia Dortmund on another loan spell was out of the question as Jesus couldn’t find his feet in the Bundesliga. In two years in Germany, Reinier Jesus played less than 40 games and scored just once.
