Manchester City vs Arsenal

Manchester City won 5-0 at the Etihad for the second time this season as a dismal Arsenal capitulated following the dismissal of Granit Xhaka. As against Chelsea a week ago, Mikel Arteta’s side started brightly but fell to pieces once Ilkay Gundogan headed home Gabriel Jesus’ cross early on, games itself was a blast to watch, to say the least, the best thing regarding the whole thing was how much depth the game had, it may seem like match itself was just Manchester City dominating in all ways. Still, the Arsenal didn’t until the end; they had always tried to make some kind of attack. Still, sadly all of the time, it didn’t go well. Possession was quickly on Manchester’s side, whopping 80% of the time Manchester City had the ball on their side, and maybe in some ways, Manchester City was just too powerful to handle at that. It is apparent why when you look at shots, 25 shots from Manchester side and only one, literally one from Arsenal, and it was actually somewhat depressing to watch. Arsenal was trying not to get absolutely demolished, but they sadly failed. The match ended as mentioned 5-0 score.

Future of the League

The League itself is a great piece to watch, but the thing is that most of the matches are pretty predictable. We need some more energy from the players; indeed, some have it, but many don’t have it at all, and it’s a general problem of football itself, many have energy and power to go on and be on winning strike, but many give for no apparent reason, what is a pretty sad thing to see, to say the least
