IPL 2022 will start on March 26 with the clash between CSK and KKR. All the teams are excited to play the first match of IPL 2022. BCCI has also issued some new rules regarding IPL 2022.

All teams will have to follow the rules of BCCI. Not 8 but 10 teams are participating in IPL 2022. This time there will be a tough competition in the league. Let us know what new rule has been issued by BCCI.

In the BCCI rule for IPL 2022, if any team is not able to prepare a playing XI, then that match will be rescheduled later. Even after this, if the match does not happen, then later the matter will be sent to the technical committee.

IPL New DRS Rule

The great thing is that in IPL 2022, there will be two DRS in each innings during the league. That is, there will be four DRS in a match.

According to the report of Cricbuzz, it has been told by the BCCI that the board will try to organize the match later at its discretion. If this is not possible, then the matter will be referred to the IPL Technical Committee.

The BCCI further said that the decision of the IPL Technical Committee will be final, which everyone will be bound to abide by.

However, this is the same as the previous rule, only one change has been made to it. BCCI has taken the biggest decision regarding IPL 2022 regarding DRS.
