Now the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board, Ramiz Raja has given big. He has made up his mind for many big changes in PSL, based on which he wants to get ahead of IPL.
Ramiz Raja gave this statement
Pakistan’s PSL and Australia’s Big Bash League are compared with the highest revenue-generating league IPL. Now the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board, Ramiz Raja, has indicated changes in the PSL for more revenue.
Ramiz believes that Pakistan will have to strengthen its financial position to get respect in world cricket again.
He said that if everything goes according to his plan, then it will be seen competing with IPL in the PSL future.

Can make this big change
Ramiz Raja while talking to the media at Karachi National Stadium said, ‘We need to build new properties to be financially independent. For now, we have nothing but PSL and ICC funds.
There is a debate going on next year’s model of PSL, I want to change it to an auction model from next year. Talking further, he said that ‘we will talk to the owners of the franchise.
It is a game of money. When the cricket economy will increase in Pakistan, our respect will also increase. We will bring the auction model in PSL, increase purse. Then we will keep PSL with IPL and see who goes to play IPL over PSL.
The system implemented in IPL
The process of auction is followed to buy players in IPL. Whereas the draft system is currently used in PSL. Now Ramiz Raja wants to leave IPL behind by using the IPL formula in Pakistan. IPL is the most-watched league in the world. BCCI earns about a thousand crore rupees every year from IPL.
