Rajasthan Royals have suffered a major setback in the current season of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Their fast bowler Nathan Coulter-Nile has been ruled out of IPL 2022.

He played only one match for the Royals this season against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in his opening match. During the same match the pacer was injured and walked off the field.

He then did not play the next two matches and was eventually ruled out for the entire season. In that match, Coulter-Nile had proved to be very expensive for 48 runs in his three overs.

The official Twitter handle of Rajasthan Royals confirmed the departure of the Australian fast bowler.

During this, his bowling strike rate was 17.8. He was a part of Mumbai Indians till this season and did well with that franchise as well.
