The Premier League is one of the most prominent leagues in the world. What is like in the older days of this new era of football? Who’s the top scorer? The best team? the best player? This is the English Premier League.
The 1992–93 FA Premier League was the inaugural season of the Premier League, the top division of English football. Manchester United became the first club to win the English Premier League with 10 points clear of Aston Villa.
Teddy Sheringham had a successful start to his career at the club by being the Premiership’s top goalscorer in its inaugural season, scoring 22 goals (21 with Tottenham and one with Forest). Eric Cantona for Manchester United 15 assists in the facility.
In 1993-94 season: Manchester United cemented their dominance by winning the league and cup double. And in doing so become only the fourth team in the 20th century to achieve the feat. Also, the first time in history the top goalscorer and the most assists is the same player: Andy Cole for Newcastle with 34 goals and 13 assists.
1994-95 season: Blackburn Rovers ended the season one point ahead of Manchester United, ending the 81-year run without an English league title. This was also the season famous for Eric Cantona’s Kung-Fu kick.
1995-96 season: Manchester United won the Premier League and qualified for the UEFA Champions League.
1996-97 season: Manchester United and Newcastle their title race from the previous season with Sir Alex Ferguson for the same team winning the fourth title in five seasons.
1997-98 season: Arsene Wenger’s first full season as Arsenal manager. Arsene Wenger guided their league and cup double for the first time since 1991. The Gunners knocked Manchester United off the top spot for the second time in the Premier League era. Kept up a fantastic season winning the FA Cup to complete the double.

1998-99 season: In the last four seasons before the new Millenium Manchester United became the first English team to win the English Premier League, FA Cup, and the UEFA Champions League. They secured their fifth league championship in seven seasons after losing just three league games all season.
1999-2000 season: Manchester United won the Premier League title for the sixth time in eight seasons. (with a record 18-point margin and 97 goals scored). As well as becoming the first English club to win the Intercontinental Cup when they defeated Palmeiras in Tokyo.
