Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has confirmed he will miss the next Europa League outing at Man Utd, but he hopes the valuable asset doesn’t come out for too long and still expects him to make a strong case for a World Cup berth.

Erik still has plenty of attacking options in the 24-year-old’s absence, with Ronaldo set to lead the line again and signing Antony in the summer to play a supporting role on the right wing.
Marcus will try to make the most of the international break and get him up and running to face the Citizens in the October 2 derby.
