Tuchel learned to do it, he had to. it was very difficult for him in the beginning as a professional coach, he actually struggled with it a lot.
According to Thomas Tuchel, in order not to turn off, think about it night and day. Everyone needs to switch off, breathe and see clearer. Tuchel had to learn it for himself and he still trains himself. Thomas must be disciplined in this and, as he said, his dogs and children help as a natural source of inspiration and pleasure to calm down. “You have to take care of yourself so you don’t get lost in it,” said Thomas Tuchel.
