The Cameroonian footballer doubled down on his criticism of Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah, with Vincent Aboubakar saying he is as good as the Reds’ talisman.

A little about the topic

The Egypt captain has been in impressive form late for Premier League employers, with nine goals recorded in his last eight appearances in all competitions, but the player still hasn’t done enough to earn praise from a fellow frontman applying his club trade in Saudi Arabia in Al-Nasr. Vincent claims he would be as prolific for the Reds as Mohamed Salah if given the chance to prove his worth at the sport’s most prestigious stages.

What did Aboubakar say about Mohamed Salah?

The Cameroon captain said of Mohamed Salah that he was not impressed with him. According to Vincent Aboubakar, he can do what Salah does. Aboubakar simply does not have the opportunity to play in a big club. Vincent understands the attitude of people, Mohamed is one of the best goalscorers in the PL. It makes sense that when they talk about such a player, people will talk. But Vincent said that was his opinion, his point of view. The Cameroonian says he doesn’t give anything if people don’t like it.

This is not the first time Vincent has taken aim at Mohamed, he said back in February ahead of the Africa Cup of Nations clash between Egypt and Cameroon, which he captains, that of course Mohamed Salah does good things in the PL because he was on a team that been there for years. Vincent Aboubakar says he is a good player, but not at the level of the likes of Mbappe. It doesn’t make much of an impression on him.

The Cameroonian says it clearly because he is an honest man and has his own way of seeing things. According to Vincent, if Salah impressed him, he would say so, but he is not very impressed. The Cameroonian striker thinks Mo salah is a good player, he scores a lot but he doesn’t produce many things in the game.
