Virat risked his life

In junior cricket, Kohli was Pradeep Sangwan’s room partner for 7-8 years. Pradeep Sangwan told the Indian Express, ‘Virat loved food.

He liked korma roll, chicken roll very much. Once we were in South Africa with the Under-19 team. Somebody told Virat that mutton roll is very good at one place but that place is not safe.

The driver of the team also told the same thing that that place is not safe. Recently a man’s hand was chopped off there. Nevertheless, despite being such a dangerous place, Kohli decided to go there and went there and ate mutton rolls.

When did Virat change his diet?

In the year 2012, Virat Kohli started paying his full attention to fitness and completely changed his diet. After making his debut for India, Virat took his diet to a different level in the year 2012. Virat wanted to lose weight. He wanted to be a good fielder.

He was a good fielder but he wanted to be the best fielder. Virat Kohli used to bat in the nets for hours and after finishing he also used to do knocking. Virat has now started eating only boiled food.

Sangwan told Virat’s diet plan

Pradeep Sangwan also told about Virat Kohli’s diet plan and said, ‘Virat Kohli’s dressing had completely changed inside Russia. Leaving mutton-rice, he started eating boiled food. A lot of boiled sprouts sometimes started eating boiled eggs. He used to eat green salad and dry fruits. He used to measure his food and eat it.

One day, he used to say that today he has to eat only 200 grams, and sometimes he used to drink only 200 millilitres of water throughout the day. Kohli, who once used to eat a whole cane of mutton, now eats food selectively.

Virat’s International Career

Kohli started his international career in the year 2008 and gradually he became one of the best batsmen in the world. Virat has played a total of 457 matches for India so far.

Virat has so far scored 23614 runs in his career at an average of 54.28. Virat has 70 international hundreds to his name and has scored 122 half-centuries. Recently, Virat has also become the 12th player to play 100 Test matches for India.
