Inter vice-president Javier Zanetti spoke about the possible departure of Lautaro Martinez from the team. As you may know, the Catalan “Barcelona” are the most interested club in the Argentine striker.

“It’s nice to talk about Lautaro. When we signed up, he was the most promising player in Argentine football. Now he is just 22 years old and already plays for the national team.

I observe how he trains with his teammates. Looks happy, and I hope to stay in the team for a long time. Like other guys who grow up with him, he is an excellent asset to our team, ”Sky Sports quoted Zanetti as saying.

On the other hand, Inter have reduced the price of Lautaro Martinez. Therefore, Barcelona may gain Lautero Martinez, one of the main targets of the team, for fewer costs than his ransom actually is.

It is known that in July, the ransom for the 22-year-old Argentine will be 111 million euros. Barcelona is no longer able to pay this sum because of financial losses from the Coronavirus pandemic. Catalans were reportedly ready to pay 70-80 million euros for Inter and add 2-3 players. Though, Nerazzuri rejected the offer.

Barcelona have a severe competitor in Fighting for Lautaro

According to the latest reports by El Mundo Deportivo, Chelsea are ready to fight for Inter striker Lautaro Martinez.

An influential Spanish publication reports that the Londoners are ready to compete with “Barcelona.”

The “aristocrats” are ready to pay a ransom for the 22-year-old Argentine, which amounts to 111 million euros.

As you may know, Lautaro has made 31 appearances for Inter this season, scoring 16 goals and assisting four.
