Pat Cummins has scored the fastest fifty in IPL history. Yes, you read that right. A world class bowler by trade, surely, he has surprised a number of top order batsmen who struggled to keep up with 100% strike rate in the same match.

Pat Cummins equaled KL Rahul’s record who scored 14 ball 50 in 2018. The former hit a 14-ball fifty against Mumbai Indians on Wednesday. On the other hand. Rahul scored a 14-ball half-century against Delhi Capitals in 2018. The big difference is that KL Rahul is proper top order batsman while Pat Cummins is a bowler who played his first match of the IPL 2022 season.
